with 2 weeks bond.
This room is suitable for student.
You will live with 3 friendly students (2 females and 1 male) and we are working as well ;)

5 minutes to the nearest bus stop (3 minutes, if you run! :p)
20 minutes by bus 34 to Curtin University
7 minutes by bus 910 to Canning Bridge
20 minutes walk to the riverside. (If you are craving of beautiful citylights view from the riverside! )
20 minutes to busy suburb Victoria Park.
